FAMILY DINNER

There will be a subsidised social dinner being held after the symposium on Saturday evening ($20pp). This will start approx 6pm / 6.30pm (TBC). Anyone attending the symposium on Saturday is welcome to book a dinner ticket, but this is also open to anyone else in the region who would like to attend.

Numbers will need to be confirmed with the hotel prior to the event, so dinner tickets need to be ordered in advance through the event booking site.

FLIGHT SUBSIDIES FOR FAMILIES

The following maximum amounts are based on current Air NZ prices for families travelling to Auckland Saturday morning and returning on Sunday, with carry on luggage and no seat selection. Please note that flight prices may increase and booking early is advised. Please look for cheaper options where possible – Jetstar are more economical and can be booked one way, i.e. return flights on Sunday may be a better option via Jetstar.

From Wellington $250
From Christchurch $221
From Nelson $318
From Queenstown $330
From Dunedin $279
Please enquire about other departure cities.

Please note that PWSA(NZ) reserves the right to request a refund of any flight subsidies paid if families choose to cancel their registration or not attend this event. Families may wish to consider travel insurance or airline flexi bookings.
Please send your flight bookings with your account details to: jo.davies@pws.org.nz
